Returns and Exchanges
All sales are considered final and as such items cannot be returned and/or exchanged.
We hope you are pleased with your purchase. However we understand that you may sometimes wish to make an exchange or a return. You only have to follow these simple steps.
You must first make a request by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an authorization and a return/exchange form.
FOR ALL ARTICLES ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN
Items must be returned in the 30 days following the expedition date.
They must be in their original unaltered wrapping (the packaging must not be opened considering the nature of our products) with all etiquettes and - in all cases - must not have been touched or unwrapped.
We take special care to inspect and test each return individually to ensure perfect pristine condition. Item(s) must be free of any smell, stain, or other condition issues or reimbursement will be refused.
Please note that shipping fees are not prepaid in the case of returns. You are responsible for shipping fees and these are not reimbursable.
Chocolaterie Mathilde Fays cannot be held responsible for any damage that may have happened during transit. For your own safety, we recommend you keep a proof of sending and insure your package against any loss or damage.
We also recommend you get a tracking number from your delivery company.

The refund will be credited to your account two to three weeks after we have received the item(s). The refund will be applied to the credit card with which you have made the purchase. It may take two to three invoicing cycles for this credit shows up on your account statement.
